Jennifer Bryan is a DFW area attorney who is passionate about protecting the rights of her clients. Her legal successes and experience include the following:
 

  • Tried a wrongful death case in Dallas County on behalf of the family of a deceased pedestrian.
  • Tried a breach of contract case representing the Defendant against claims of allegedly misrepresenting the health of his business in the sale of that business in Dallas County.
  •  Successfully argued against a Motion for Summary Judgment before the Dallas County District Court against a nationwide grocery store on a premises liability claim. 
  •  Authored the brief that was successful in winning a Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of a Defendant accused of negligently transmitting a sexually transmitted disease.
  • Assisted with the resolution of a products liability/gross negligence, wrongful death claim against a national retail store and materials handling corporation in the Federal Northern District Court in Dallas, Texas. 
  •  Assisted with the resolution of a products liability claim against the manufacturer of a microwave oven that exploded and caused injury to an elderly woman in the Federal Eastern District Court.
  •  Assisted in the representation of the Defendant, a skip-tracing and repossession management company, against allegations of violations of the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act in Minnesota Federal Court and South Carolina state court. 


Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, Bryan graduated summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 2008. She also attended both the University of Texas where she was awarded a Master's degree in Social Work, and Trinity University, where she earned her Bachelor's in Philosophy with a Legal Concentration.  Bryan's work experience as a social worker has given her insight of the myriad of emotions one has when involved in a traumatic event such as a lawsuit or an accident. While not originally from the area, Bryan was drawn to Texas by its friendly people and warm weather.  When not advocating for her clients, Bryan enjoys spending time with her two sons.
 
Bryan is licensed to practice in Texas State Courts, the Northern District of Texas  and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Texas State Bar Association.
